Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry (Long-Term Care, Day Shift)
Worcester, MA | Full-Time | Daytime Schedule
We are a closed-door Long-Term Care pharmacy seeking a Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry to join our team in Worcester, MA. This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy accuracy, structure, and working behind the scenes—no retail environment and no patient-facing counter work.

Schedule

Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Short weekend shifts on rotation basis

Key Responsibilities

Enter and process prescription orders accurately

Review medication orders for completeness and clarity

Maintain patient profiles and medication records
-
Communicate with pharmacists, nurses, and prescribers as needed

Support cycle fills, short-cycle fills, and LTC workflows
-
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and pharmacy regulations
Qualifications

Pharmacy Technician experience required
-
Data entry experience strongly preferred
-
LTC pharmacy experience a plus (retail technicians encouraged to apply)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician registration (or ability to obtain)
