This client is upgrading their wireless access points at their location in Peabody, MA. In order to complete the upgrade they will need technicians to check each access point within the residents homes in their campuses. As they check the connectivity and strength of the WIFI, techs will also be required to ensure the residents personal devices are connected and up & running on the new WIFI. Customer Service, patience, and experience with various computer hardware products is paramount for the success of any technician on this project.
Job Duties:
· Provide “White Glove” service to the end user community
· Work on a team to perform tests that network connections are working and show end users how to access
· Report and receive directions from a Team Lead
· Provide daily reports to a Team Lead of what was completed.
- Tracking end users completed each day
- Documenting any issues to be escalated or that were resolved
· Any other reporting as needed to track productivity, etc.
· Able to communicate computer and printer connectivity issues for end users
