Must have completed ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years ABA Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a high school setting in Derry, NH. This contract position is for the current school year (CSY) and offers an opportunity to support students with behavioral needs in an educational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and document data on student progress
- Provide one-on-one and group behavioral support to students
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to address student needs
- Assist in creating a positive and supportive learning environment
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or clinical settings preferred
- Strong communication and observational skills
- Ability to follow treatment plans and protocols with fidelity
- Commitment to student growth and development
