Remote Speech-Language Pathologist Full-Time, Independent Contractor (Vermont School)
Location: Remote | Serving Vermont Students
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Vermont to join our growing network of remote professionals delivering virtual therapy services to K-12 students. As a 1099 independent contractor, you'll enjoy the flexibility to work from home while helping students improve their communication skills and reach their academic goals.
What Youll Be Doing:

• Deliver remote speech therapy services to K-12 students with speech and language impairments
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Participate in virtual IEP meetings to offer insights and recommendations for student progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation for all therapy sessions and progress updates
• Communicate effectively with parents and school staff to ensure alignment and consistency in student care

Requirements:

• Valid Vermont SLP license
• 2 years of experience working with K-12 students in educational setting
• Strong knowledge of school-based practices and IEP development
• Comfortable working with teletherapy platforms and technology
• Ability to manage your own schedule and maintain a full caseload independently
