Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 1:6 patient ratio, every other weekend, holiday rotation as needed

Highlights:

• 20–34 bed Medical-Surgical units with varied patient populations
• Meditech Expanse EMR system in use (experience strongly preferred)
• 13-week assignment with flexibility to float across Med-Surg units
• Competitive hourly rate with holiday and overtime multipliers at 1.25x
• 8-hour non-billable orientation provided
• Personal choice scrubs environment

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS (AHA), and NIHSS certifications required prior to start
• Minimum 2 years recent Medical-Surgical experience
• Telemetry monitoring experience required
• Basic Dysrhythmia course completion strongly required
• Willingness and ability to float to multiple Med-Surg units
• Must reside more than 50 miles from facility location
• Reliable personal transportation required
• Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) required for agency partners
