Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Volkswagen vehicles
- Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using factory tools and technology
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining high quality and safety standards
- Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding vehicle needs and repair status
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures
- Stay current with VW technical updates and training requirements
Qualifications
- Previous Volkswagen technician experience strongly preferred
- Valid ASE certifications and/or VW factory training (a plus)
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement
