Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Beverly, MA! We are seeking an experienced Foreman Press Brake Operator with Programming experience. This can either be temp-to-perm or a direct hire opportunity.

Job Title: Foreman Press Brake Operator w/ Programming Experience

Location: Beverly, MA
Pay Range: $28 - $40 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman Press Brake Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in press brake operation, programming, and the ability to independently produce high-quality products from blueprints. As a leader on the floor, the Foreman will guide and support team members while ensuring efficiency, safety, and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and program Amada and/or Accupress press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets according to technical specifications and blueprints.

  • Read, interpret, and follow detailed blueprints and engineering drawings to produce accurate products.

  • Program press brake machines for various bending operations and tooling setups.

  • Oversee and supervise other press brake operators, ensuring adherence to safety standards and production schedules.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines, tooling, and the overall production process.

  • Conduct regular maintenance and minor repairs on press brake machines to ensure smooth operation.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company and safety standards.

  • Assist in quality control processes to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer specifications.

  • Provide leadership, training, and guidance to junior operators, helping to improve skills and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and design teams to optimize processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator with programming expertise (experience with Amada and/or Accupress machines preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of blueprints, technical drawings, and the ability to work independently.

  • Extensive experience with setting up, programming, and operating press brake machines.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment.

  • Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong commitment to safety practices and quality control.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.

Pay Details: $29.00 to $40.00 per hour
