Location: Foxborough, MA
Contract-to-Hire | Closed-Door LTC Pharmacy

We are working with a long-term care (LTC) pharmacy in Foxborough, Massachusetts, seeking a Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician for a second-shift, full-time contract-to-hire role. This position offers stability, a fast-paced team environment, and the chance to transition into a permanent role after 13+ weeks.

Position Details:

• Start Date: Immediate openings available

• Facility Type: Closed-door LTC pharmacy

• Pharmacy Software: Frameworks (training provided if needed)

• Prescription Volume: ~600 prescriptions filled daily

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare medications using appropriate packaging (e.g., unit-dose, blister packs) for delivery

• Support the receiving and stocking of medications, with attention to expiration dates and storage compliance

• Maintain accurate medication and patient records

• Work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure timely and accurate medication distribution

Shift Schedule:

• MondayFriday: Choose between 2:00 PM 10:00 PM or 4:00 PM 12:00 AM

• Weekends: Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM 7:00 PM (one weekend shift per month required)

• Open to discussing other shift availability flexibility is welcomed

Required Qualifications:

• Active, clear Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician license

• National PTCB certification required

• Previous pharmacy experience in a high-volume setting

• Comfortable working quickly and accurately under time-sensitive conditions

Compensation:

• Hourly Pay: $21$23, depending on experience and certification level
