Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification is needed for a leave replacement position at an elementary school in Lowell, MA. This contract role will span the 2025-2026 school year, starting August 25th. The ideal candidate will have experience working in school settings with a diverse K-12 student population, including both general and special education.

Key Qualifications:

  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Current School SLP certification preferred
  • Experience providing therapy services across K-12 grade levels
  • Familiarity with educational mandates and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators and families

Location:

  • Elementary school located in Lowell, Massachusetts

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students with a range of communication disorders
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans aligned with student needs and educational goals
  • Maintain detailed documentation, progress notes, and reports in compliance with school and state regulations
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development and implementation
  • Support students in general and special education classrooms through direct intervention and consultative services
