Fast-paced, patient-focused dental practice seeking a strong, organized, and professional Front Desk Lead to join our team in Burlington.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structure, enjoys responsibility, and takes pride in keeping the front of the office running smoothly and calmly.
What Youll Do
Lead daily front desk operations and patient flow
Manage scheduling, confirmations, and same-day adjustments
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, both in person and over the phone
Coordinate closely with clinical and management teams
Handle insurance verification, patient communication, and financial conversations when needed
Set the tone for professionalism, organization, and patient experience at the front desk
What Were Looking For
Prior dental front desk experience (required)
Strong communication skills calm, respectful, and confident
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment without becoming overwhelmed
Natural leadership presence (you dont need a title to take ownership)
Detail-oriented, reliable, and accountable
Comfortable setting boundaries and maintaining structure
