Legal Billing Analyst
100-115k, Hybrid
Liberty Personnel is partnered with a TOP AM Law Firm seeking an experienced Legal Billing Analyst to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and processing invoices from attorneys and outside vendors
- Tracking and managing budgets for legal projects
- Ensuring all billable time and expenses are accurately recorded and billed to clients
- Preparing and distributing detailed billing reports to attorneys and clients
- Communicating with clients regarding their bills and resolving any billing disputes
- Maintaining accurate records of all billing and payment transactions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- 3+ years experience of billing in a law firm required
- Elite or Aderant experience a plus
