Overview:
Were hiring a Quality Assurance Technician to help uphold our manufacturing standards through hands-on inspection, process monitoring, and documentation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring all products meet established quality requirements before reaching the customer.
Responsibilities:
Inspect components and assemblies throughout the production process to verify quality and accuracy.
Log inspection findings and escalate quality issues to supervisors or quality engineers.
Observe and verify that production operations align with internal quality procedures.
Perform routine maintenance and calibration of inspection tools and gauges.
Work in partnership with manufacturing teams to identify defects and assist with root cause analysis.
Contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts to reduce scrap and enhance consistency.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
Proficient with measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and other inspection equipment.
Capable of interpreting mechanical drawings, tolerances, and part specifications.
Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of quality systems such as ISO 9001 or similar standards is a plus.
