Westaff is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Production Supervisor for our client in Amherst NH!

3:15 pm - 12:45am Monday - Friday

Must be available to train on first shift

Responsibilities Include:

• Assign machine operations, setups and material changes ensuring the most effective use of personnel to meetproductionobjectives
• Plan and monitor job results. Troubleshoot when needed
• Train and mentor employees. Discipline when necessary
• Ensure that the prescribed safety measures are followed and that policies and procedures are followed

Requirements/Experience:

• Minimum 5 yearssupervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Should be familiar with AS9100 standards.
• BS degree and experience with rubber or plastics preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be a team player and work well with all departments and individuals at all levels
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
