Now Hiring: Advanced Imaging Scheduling Coordinator – Full Time – Windham, NH
Are you a master of details with a passion for helping others? Join our growing Call Center team at Derry Imaging Center as an Advanced Imaging Scheduling Coordinator and play a crucial role in providing top-notch patient care!
As an Advanced Imaging Scheduling Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our scheduling department, ensuring every patient's journey is smooth from start to finish. You'll work behind the scenes to get everything in order so our patients can get the care they need quickly and efficiently.
In this role, you will:

Organize and Prioritize: You'll be the first point of contact for incoming patient information, sorting faxes, and identifying any missing documentation to keep things moving.
Be a Patient Advocate: You'll help patients by obtaining insurance benefit information, calculating costs, and communicating financial details clearly and compassionately.
Connect the Dots: You'll work with referring offices, insurance companies, and our internal team to gather all the necessary records, authorizations, and prior images.
Maintain Confidentiality: You'll handle sensitive medical information with the utmost care, adhering to all HIPAA regulations.

What we're looking for:

Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for accuracy and don't let anything slip through the cracks.
Team Player: You're a positive and collaborative person who loves working with others to achieve a common goal.
Problem-Solver: You can communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals to get the information you need.
Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but not required. We are ready to train the right person with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
