Position Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient (Jaffrey Physical Therapy Clinic)
Location: Jaffrey, New Hampshire
Facility: Monadnock Community Hospital
Setting: Outpatient – Orthopedic, Neurological, and General Medical Caseload
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: Monday–Friday (exact hours TBD based on clinic need)
Patient Population: Adolescent to Geriatric
Patient Ratio: Typically 12–15 patients per shift
Position Overview:
Monadnock Community Hospital is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to join their team in Jaffrey, NH. This position focuses on providing high-quality therapy services in a collaborative, outpatient setting. Candidates must be experienced and ready to work with a diverse caseload ranging from orthopedic and neuro to general medical conditions.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years CURRENT Physical Therapy experience – No new grads
- Setting Experience:
- Outpatient PT experience – Required
- Inpatient PT experience – Preferred
- Licensure: Active New Hampshire PT license or Compact license – REQUIRED (Facility will not pend license)
- Certifications: BLS (AHA) – REQUIRED (must be in hand)
- EMR: McKesson

- RTO Policy:
- 5 days or less encouraged
