Job Description

Job Title: Oven Tender
Location: Attleboro, MA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm

Position Overview:

Seeking a reliable Oven Tender to operate industrial curing ovens used in the finishing of metal components. This position is essential to ensuring the durability and quality of finished products through careful monitoring of oven operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload metal parts onto trays or racks for curing
Monitor and adjust oven settings (temperature, timing) per production specifications
Inspect parts before and after oven cycles for quality and accuracy
Record oven cycle data and production counts
Follow all safety protocols when working around high-temperature equipment
Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of oven machinery as needed

Qualifications:

Prior manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
Ability to read and follow written instructions and work specifications
Comfortable working in heat-intensive environments
Must be at least 5’5” tall to safely operate the oven control switch
