Job Description

Concord Hospital is seeking experienced PCU/Stepdown Registered Nurses for a rotating days and nights schedule. This role requires holiday coverage – holiday RTO requests will not be approved, as the facility requires holiday staffing support.

Travelers must be flexible with shift rotations and willing to float to other Concord Hospital campuses when needed, including:

• Concord Hospital–Laconia (80 Highland Street, Laconia, NH, 03246)
• Concord Hospital–Franklin (15 Aiken Ave, Franklin, NH, 03235)

Position Details

• Holiday Coverage: Required (No holiday RTO will be approved)
• Start Date: ASAP / Flexible
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Weekly Hours: 36/48 hours (facility-driven scheduling needs)
• Float Requirement: May float to Laconia or Franklin campuses

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent PCU/Stepdown experience
• Up-to-date resume with documented travel experience
• 2 recent references (Charge RN or Manager from PCU/Stepdown)
• Active NH or Compact RN license at time of submission
• Certifications: BLS & ACLS (required)
• Nursys Report with all active RN licenses
• EMR Experience: Cerner preferred (not required)
• RTO must be declared at submission (holiday RTO will not be accepted)

Compensation

• Travelers: Competitive weekly pay package (blended taxable + stipend)
• Locals (within 50 miles): Local rate applies
