Job Title: Travel Occupational Therapist - Rehabilitation
Location: Hyannis, MA
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift (Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week)
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,641.20 (includes stipend)

Eligibility:

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Shift Options:

• 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  Rotating weekends and holidays may be required.

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Occupational Therapist for an exciting Travel job in Hyannis, MA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional, cognitive, and daily living skills

• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes accurately

• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive strategies, and equipment

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts OT license (or compact-eligible)

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
