Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime Available)
Pay Rate: $20 – $30/hour (Based on experience)Job Summary:
Adecco Staffing is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Keene, NH to hire experienced Production Welders and Metal Fabricators for a direct hire opportunity. This position requires proficiency in MIG and TIG welding, especially with stainless steel and bronze. If you're a skilled welder who takes pride in precision and craftsmanship, we want to hear from you. This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel and bronze components
- Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols
- Use a variety of tools including grinders, torches, and welding machines
- Assemble fabricated parts with accuracy using measuring tools and jigs
- Conduct quality inspections on welds and final components to ensure standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety policies
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of MIG and TIG welding experience, preferably with stainless steel and bronze
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficient with hand tools and metal fabrication machinery
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Welding certifications are a plus, but not required
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team

Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
