What You'll Do:
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Support mobility, walking and physical therapy exercises
- Monitor and report food intake and vital signs
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain a safe, clean environment
- Accurately document care using EHR systems (Epic, eClinicalWorks preferred)
- Communicate changes in client condition to nursing staff
- Follow HIPAA regulations and safety protocols
Requirements:
- Valid CNA or HHA certification (Massachusetts)
- First Aid and CPR Certified
- Basic Life Support certification (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid drivers license & reliable transportation
- Ability to safely lift and support clients
- Comfortable using mobile apps or electronic health records
- Kind, dependable and patient
- Experience in home care, nursing homes, ICU, or hospice care settings is a plus.
