Our client, located in the Greater Bedford, MA area, has a 3+ month contract, with the potential of converting to perm/direct hire for an IT Support Specialist or IT Support Engineer
Must be able to work onsite
Must be a US Citizen or US Perm Resident
IT Support Specialist or IT Support Engineer
Our client is looking for an experienced IT Support person to join their team and provide hands-on technical support to employees locally, across the U.S. headquarters and their international offices.
You'll be responsible for maintaining computer systems and solving hardware and software issues.
Responsibilities:

Provide desktop and application support

Set up and configure hardware, software, and user accounts

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues both hardware and software, escalating when needed

Track and document support activity and resolutions
-
Assist with system deployments and employee onboarding

Recommend hardware/software upgrades as needed

Deliver excellent customer service and technical guidance
Requirements:
-
BS Degree with 1+ yr of experience
AS degree with 3+ yrs of experience.
Non degreed with 5+ of IT support experience -
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Able to manage workload with minimal supervision
