Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years physical therapy experience required.
A licensed Physical Therapist is needed to provide specialized services in an elementary school setting for the Extended School Year (ESY) program. This part-time contract position supports students in grades K-5, working directly with a caseload of 11 children.
Location: Brockton, MA
Duration: Start ASAP through the end of summer
Schedule: One day per week, 4 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver physical therapy interventions tailored to the needs of elementary-aged students
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and regulatory standards
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs)
Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
