We are seeking a talented Product Test Specialist with 2 or more years of experience to join our ATVoice product team. ATVoice is the industry’s most accurate, most flexible speech recognition solution for air traffic control simulations that is the choice of leading air navigation service providers, military organizations, and universities worldwide. We are dedicated to providing advanced standalone and embedded simulation and speech recognition solutions that enhance the training and operational capabilities of our clients, and contributing to safer aviation. As part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring product quality, reliability, and release readiness by validating ATVoice product against real-world and training air traffic control use cases. Job Responsibilities:
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and acceptance testing for ATVoice releases
- Validate speech recognition behavior, grammars, workflows, and configurations in realistic ATC simulation environments
- Design, execute, and maintain test cases based on product requirements and client use cases
- Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps, logs, and impact analysis
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and clients to investigate reported issues and confirm effective resolution
- Conduct product demonstrations and support client-facing acceptance testing and training
- Support release readiness decisions through structured test reporting and quality assessments
- Validate client-specific configurations and deployment scenarios
- Contribute to test documentation, test data, and test environments
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, aviation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within international and distributed teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship is required due to federal work requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or product validation
- Recent working knowledge of air traffic control environments as a graduate of an Air Traffic Collegiate Training Initiative (AT-CTI) program, a former military or civil Tower, Terminal, and/or En Route Controller, or through a degree in aeronautics, aerospace, or aviation
- Experience working with Windows and Linux variants, including networking concepts and command-line tools
- Confident presence when interacting with clients and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Experience with ticketing systems, preferably Jira
- Basic scripting or automation experience using Python
- Experience with ASR and TTS solutions, real-time simulations, or open-source contributions is a strong plus
