Responsibilities

• Apply professional-grade rustproofing products using spray equipment.
• Prepare vehicle surfaces and ensure proper coverage and protection.
• Operate spray guns and related tools similar to those used in house painting.
• Follow application procedures to achieve consistent, high-quality results.
• Work with the team to maintain efficiency and accuracy on each project.
• Keep equipment clean, organized, and in safe working condition.
• Follow all safety guidelines and shop protocols.

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in house painting, spray coating, or related trades.
• Strong understanding of spray application techniques and surface preparation.
• Ability to adapt painting skills to automotive rustproofing.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality finishes.
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn specialized rustproofing methods.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
