A healthcare organization in Massachusetts is actively seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join their growing specialty pharmacy as their new Pharmacy Manager. About the Opportunity:

<li>Assignment Length: Ongoing </li>
<li>Schedule: Monday to Friday</li>
<li>Hours: 8:30am to 5pm</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Oversee pharmacy operations</li>
<li>Ensure safe and compliant medication practices</li>
<li>Support patient care within our specialty pharmacy environment</li>
<li>Work closely with Intake, Referral Services, Nursing/Clinical teams, Reimbursement, and Pharmacy Operations</li>
<li>Perform other duties, as needed</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>3+ years in Specialty, Infusion, Mail Order, Hospital, or similar Pharmacy settings</li>
<li>Bachelor's Degree and/or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy</li>
<li>MA Pharmacist License</li>
<li>Strong understanding of specialty therapies and patient qualification processes </li>
<li>Experience supervising or working closely with pharmacy technicians</li>
<li>3+ years in Specialty, Infusion, Mail Order, Hospital, or similar pharmacy settings</li>
<li>Experience in Specialty Pharmacy Operations, Payer requirements, and Clinical Coordination</li>
</ul>
Desired Skills: 
<ul>
<li>CT Pharmacist License</li>
</ul>
