Responsibilities:

- Perform testing of products to assure compliance to product specification and GMP requirements

- Manufacture test samples using common polymer processing equipment

- Participate in periodic reviews of procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness

- Maintain and perform calibration procedures for production and test equipment

- Perform incoming, in-process and final product inspection by following standard written procedures

- Prepare, maintain and retrieve retained product samples

- Assist with investigations regarding quality nonconformances

- Review, complete and file records in accordance with good documentation practices, ISO standards and site policies

- Interface between departments to communicate inspection findings in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance in a Manufacturing or Production environment
- HS Diploma or GED is required
- Basic knowledge of math and chemistry; knowledge of test procedures is a plus
- Knowledge of MS Offices including Outlook, Word, and Excel
