The Opportunity

If you are a seasoned HVAC technician who takes pride in clean work, solving real problems, and being respected for your experience, this role is for you. We are looking for a Senior HVAC Technician to join a growing team where your skills actually matter and your voice is heard.

This is a full time, year round position with strong pay, benefits from day one, and real growth opportunities.

About RCL Mechanical

RCL Mechanical is a locally owned plumbing and HVAC company serving residential and commercial customers throughout Southeastern Massachusetts. We have built our reputation on quality work, strong values, and doing right by both customers and employees.

We are not a corporate churn and burn shop. We invest in our people, our equipment, and our systems so our technicians can focus on what they do best: delivering high quality HVAC solutions and taking care of customers.

Our culture is blue collar, professional, and team driven. We hold high standards, communicate clearly, and back our technicians in the field.

A Day in the Life as a Senior HVAC Technician

Your day starts with a well planned schedule and clear expectations. You are dispatched to jobs that match your experience level, not thrown into chaos. You will be diagnosing, servicing, and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems, mentoring junior technicians when needed, and being trusted to make the right call for the customer.

You will work with a supportive office team that respects your time, provides the parts and information you need, and keeps communication tight. No unnecessary micromanagement. No guessing games.

You will finish the day knowing you delivered quality work, helped customers, and represented a company that has your back.
