Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support a K-12 school setting in Chicopee, MA. This position runs from ASAP through the end of the current school year, offering a valuable experience working with a diverse student population across multiple sites.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP), with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience serving a caseload that includes early intervention through special education populations (Pre-K to secondary)
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students, not all requiring direct services
- Flexibility and organization to work across three different school sites efficiently

- Hours: 7:36 AM to 1:51 PM, allowing for a balanced schedule within the school day
- Caseload: Approximately 50 students ranging from preschool to special education
- Locations: This role will involve working at three different site locations within the school district

Responsibilities include conducting speech and language evaluations, delivering individualized and group therapy services, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to student progress documentation.
