Hours: 30 hours per week (Weekends Required)
Pay Range: $44$55 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a skilled nursing facility in Lenox, MA. This permanent, 30-hour-per-week role includes weekend coverage and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on residents communication and swallowing abilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform evaluations of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing function

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Provide therapy to improve communication skills and manage dysphagia

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team

Maintain accurate, timely documentation

Educate residents and families on therapy strategies and goals
Qualifications:

Active MA SLP license
-
SNF experience preferred but not required

Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
