\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience as a Registered Nurse\n
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)\n
• Active RN license in Massachusetts\n
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification\n
• Current American Heart Association ACLS certification\n
• Strong clinical, technical, and communication skills\n

\n\nICU Nurse Responsibilities\n

• Provide patient care in the ICU using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation\n
• Coordinate and direct all nursing care for critical care patients according to established clinical standards\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes\n
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition in a fast-paced ICU environment\n
• Accurately document patient care in compliance with hospital policies\n
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations\n
