Southampton - PT Mon & Thurs 10a-1p, 6hr/wk, personal care, home care, mobility assistance
Location: Southampton, MA
Hours: Mondays & Thursdays 10a-1p
Can take on other clients to achieve desired weekly hours.
Mr. E in Southampton needs your help! He is looking for a caregiver to help him in his home twice per week with mobility around the house (standby assist), as well as meal prep, light housekeeping, toileting, and dressing. Please consider helping this gentleman!

Requirements:
- At least, either 1+ years of experience in direct care, nursing students, or newly certified
- Experience with Fall risk Elders
- Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English & Communicate verbally with clients, families, co-workers, and administrative staff
- Reliable Transportation
- Two Valid forms of Identification
- Willing to submit to background checks
- At least 2 professional references (not friends)
- Willing to accept at least 1 shift e/o weekend
* We work with You to create a mutually acceptable work/client schedule. Work as much as 40 hours per week or as little as 4 hours per week.Flexibility is our Best Benefit!
