Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A part-time Occupational Therapist opportunity is available within a K-12 school setting in Tilton, NH. This contract position supports one student on the caseload, providing targeted therapy services approximately 1 to 3 hours per week. The role is based out of district in Plymouth, NH, with direct collaboration and coordination through the school system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled occupational therapy services tailored to the needs of a single student
- Collaborate with educational staff to support student development and participation in school activities
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary
- Communicate effectively with caregivers and school personnel regarding student goals and outcomes
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license appropriate for school-based practice
- Experience providing occupational therapy in a K-12 educational environment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within the established schedule
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaborative working relationships
