Established (100+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Real Estate Attorney for Commercial Transactions in Boston, MA
An established firm based in Boston with over 100 years in practice is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team. This Attorney will have experience with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing, and will work closely with developers, lenders, and institutional clients.
Offer:
Salary range: $145,000-$185,000, depending on experience

Qualifications:
Candidates must be licensed in Massachusetts and have 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate law.
Experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, and loan documents is required.
Strong client service and communication skills are essential.
Ability to manage multiple complex transactions independently.
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and loan documents.
Conduct due diligence and resolve title and zoning issues.
Coordinate with lenders, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth closings.
Advise clients on land use, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
