Job Description

Responsibilities:

Program, setup and operate CNC multi-axis lathe and/or milling machines
Using various metal types from raw stock to finished products
Plan and layout work from customer drawings and other specifications
Determine speeds, feeds, tolerances, and sequences of machine operations
Make all setups and adjust machines as needed
Fishing metal by hand or machine
Using measuring instruments such as: vernier calipers, micrometers, surface gages, profilometer, CMM, vision systems and dial indicators
Calculating complex and/or component angles and dimensions
Using computer programs as needed

Qualifications:

At least five years previous experience preferred
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Experience with measuring instruments

Hours are:

Monday through Friday -7am to 3:30pm

The pay is up to $45.00 an hour based on experience
