\n\nEssential Responsibilities\n

- Provide high-quality patient care in a post-acute skilled nursing rehabilitation environment.
- Perform nursing procedures including phlebotomy, EKGs, and transports as needed.
- Start IVs and manage medication administration through the EPIC documentation and medication systems.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Engage in continuous learning and apply best practices in patient care.

- Current RN or LPN license.
- Nursing Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) is required.
- Experience with EPIC documentation system required within the past 2 years.
- Dementia Capable Care certification preferred.
- Must be able to work all holidays.
- Complete a questionnaire for IVS review prior to offer acceptance.
- Reliable transportation is essential—public transportation is not available.

- Floating to Long-Term Care and Memory Care units may be required.
- Special Care for allergies—must not be allergic to cats as they are present on the unit.
- Contract assignment duration is between 16-32 weeks.
