Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Milford, NH to bring on a Mold Operator on 1st shift. This is a temp to hire position, with full time hours!

Position: Mold Operator

Hours: 6:30am – 2:30pm Monday – Friday

Pay: $18.50 an hour

Position Summary:
The Molding Machine Operator is responsible for operating molding equipment to produce high-quality molded parts according to company standards and specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate injection molding machines to produce parts.

  • Operate blending machines to combine raw pellets as needed.

  • Cut off excess material using an X-Acto knife.

  • Inspect finished products for surface defects, flaws, and other quality issues.

  • Position and secure threaded cores and/or overmolds into the mold as required.

  • Fill machine hoppers with raw materials.

  • Follow all safety regulations and procedures at all times.

  • Maintain production and quality standards as set by supervisors.

  • Keep work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.

  • Work under general direction with minimal supervision while following established processes and procedures.

Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

  • One to three years of manufacturing experience and/or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Must have reasonable manual dexterity to handle and manipulate small parts effectively.

  • Good visual acuity is essential for inspecting small components.

Additional Characteristics:

  • Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Will perform repetitive tasks such as picking up and placing small parts.

  • Physical requirements include:

    • Lifting 25–55 lbs. occasionally

    • Lifting 20–55 lbs. frequently

    • Lifting 10–25 lbs. consistently

  • Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 8–10 hours per day).

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
