Compensation & Benefits:

- Competitive Base Salary:\nEstimated range $250,000 – $325,000+, commensurate with experience

Requirements:
\n\n
- MD or DO degree from an\naccredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited\nRheumatology Fellowship
- Board-Certified or\nBoard-Eligible in Rheumatology
- Eligibility for\nMassachusetts medical licensure
- Strong communication,\ninterpersonal, and patient-engagement skills
- Commitment to providing\ncompassionate, patient-centered care
