Job DescriptionRoute 128 Honda is seeking a Detailer/Car Washer/Lot Porter who is eager to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This entry-level position offers a great opportunity to develop skills, work closely with a supportive team, and grow within multiple departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning vehicles inside and out, performing regular non-mechanical maintenance, moving vehicles safely, and assisting with various duties as assigned by management.Responsibilities
- Clean, wax, polish, refurbish, and detail vehicles, including collision-damaged, used, and new vehicles
- Inspect finished vehicles to ensure the highest quality of service
- Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements
- Maintain proper functioning of all service tools and equipment
- Report any damage to the supervising manager promptly and clearly
- Coordinate and arrange work efficiently with team members
- Maintain excellent standards and quality to positively represent Route 128 Honda
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements

- Hardworking personality with leadership qualities and eagerness to improve
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
