Responsibilities at a Glance:
- Troubleshooting complex electrical malfunctions while working collaboratively with mechanics and maintenance supervisors.
- Managing and operating within industrial control software environments like RS Linx, RS Logix 500, 5, and 5000.
- Handling maintenance of networking setups: DeviceNet, ControlNet, and beyond.
- Strengthening productive relationships with maintenance co-workers and external partners.
- Diagnosing servo-related system problems and conducting necessary repairs.
- Overseeing electrical networks across premises, ensuring smooth operations.
- Engaging in installation and maintenance duties involving varied voltage levels.
- Accurately interpreting electrical schematics and wiring documentation.
- Proficiently managing motor control system repairs.
- Identifying necessary parts using manufacturers' manuals and schematics.
- Conveying job instructions comprehensively through verbal and written communication.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
Educational & Experience Requirement:
Have a high school diploma or GED, and bring at least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
Licenses:
Certification as a Journeyman or Master Electrician is required.
Employment with Ken’s Foods is contingent upon successful completion of a drug test, background screening, and pre-employment assessment.
