<li>10+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture and solution design</li>
<li>Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect preferred)</li>
<li>Strong experience with <strong>Mulesoft integrations</strong></li>
<li>Deep understanding of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.)</li>
<li>Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions</li>
<li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills</li>
<li>Must be <strong>local to Boston / New England area</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Define and design Salesforce architecture for enterprise-scale implementations</li>
<li>Lead solutioning efforts and guide development teams</li>
<li>Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to align requirements and solutions</li>
<li>Oversee integration strategies, particularly with Mulesoft and external systems</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to best practices, data security and platform performance standards.</li>
