We are hiring for the position of: Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate must be a licensed member of the Bar. The applicant should have impeccable attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The candidate must be highly organized, excellent writing skills, and an enthusiasm for the practice of law. The candidate must also have strong customer service skills and be able to work in a high-pressure environment.
Associate Attorney Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice and counsel to clients
- Representing clients in legal proceedings, including negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Developing and executing legal strategies
- Acting as a zealous and diligent advocate for their clients' lawful interests
- Legal Research and Analysis
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents
- Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients
- Appearing before courts, administrative agencies, and other tribunals on behalf of clients
- Engaging in negotiations with opposing parties to reach settlements or agreements
- Maintaining organized client files and records
- Assisting senior attorneys
Who we Are Looking For:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar other State Bars acceptable.
- Preferable minimum experience: 2+ years as a licensed attorney
- Comprehensive knowledge of: U.S. Immigration laws and processes. In addition: Family and Probate Law, and Criminal Law and Procedure, and Personal Injury
- Required Language: English and preferable: Spanish and or Portuguese (Native or fluent)

The applicant must be able to work independently as a member of a unit that works collaboratively, be resourceful and with an innate ability to problem solve. The candidate must also have strong customer service skills and an enthusiasm for the practice of law.
Job Type:
- Pay: salary range, based on experience.

Samper Law counsels and guides clients through various family law issues, including Premarital Planning, Divorce & Separation, Custody Rights & Responsibilities, Child Support, Alimony, Complaint for Dependency, and other Special Family Law Matters. Samper Law vigorously defends clients in criminal cases, including Clerks Magistrate Hearings, DUI/OUI charges, Harassment and Restraining Order cases, Theft and Robbery charges, Traffic Violations, and other specialized criminal defense matters. Personal Injury representation, and negotiations.
