Pulmonary-Critical Care Physician - Massachusetts
Position Overview:
• Join a team of 6 Pulmonary/Critical Care physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Inpatient responsibilities at a 180-bed community hospital with a 12-bed Med-Surg ICU (supported by overnight eICU).
• Outpatient services include PFTs, bronchoscopy, EBUS, navigational bronchoscopy, and specialized clinics such as COPD/Dyspnea, Lung Cancer Screening, and Lung Nodule programs.
• Collaborative environment with thoracic surgery available on-site.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive salary, based on training and experience.
• Corporate bonus eligibility after 1 year.
• Partnership opportunity after 3 years (minimal buy-in).
