Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA)

We are looking for a reliable HHA or CNA who is available to work Fridays from 1:00 PM–5:00 PM and Thursdays from 2:00 PM–6:00 PM (every other week). Additional shifts may be available as they open up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living to clients in their homes

- Support clients with mobility, hygiene, and medication reminders

- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare team members

- Follow care plans and safety protocols diligently

Requirements:

- Valid HHA or CNA certification or license

- Prior experience in home health care or a similar setting

- Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and follow care instructions carefully
