We are seeking a visionary and experienced full-time Director of Behavioral Services to lead our dynamic behavioral health team. In this role, you will drive the design and delivery of behavioral health services, ensuring clinical excellence, interdisciplinary collaboration, and meaningful outcomes for those we serve.

MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS A DIRECTOR OF BEHAVIORAL SERVICES
You begin your day collaborating with clinical and residential teams, reviewing behavioral data, and making strategic adjustments to support each individual's unique needs. You oversee and guide your behavioral health staff, mentoring them with care and precision while fostering a culture of trauma-informed care. Throughout the day, you work with interdisciplinary teams, evaluate service fidelity, develop behavior plans rooted in current research, and engage in thoughtful consultation with external specialists. Your leadership ensures that behavioral interventions are ethical, evidence-based, and person-centered.
REQUIREMENTS TO BECOME OUR DIRECTOR OF BEHAVIORAL SERVICES
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- D. or master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field (or equivalent experience with BACB supervision eligibility)
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- 5+ years of post-graduate experience leading behavior intervention programs, including work with individuals with severe behaviors, trauma histories, and multiple disabilities
- Experience leading, supervising, and developing high-performing clinical teams
- Reliable transportation
