Office/Service Administrator

We are seeking a customer focused, detail-oriented Office /Service Administrator for this key role in Dealership. This is a very important role within the company, it is customer facing with multiple responsibilities. This position is idea for a strong team player who enjoys working on many tasks, interacting with customers and is loves details.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support in person and over the phone
  • Open repairs orders using the CDK Intellidealer business system.
  • Monitor technician time entries, making corrections as required.
  • Enter/edit technician work notes as required. Maintain the service work scheduling system.
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Preparation of Title documents.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent calendar management skills
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • High School OR High School equivalent
