Office/Service Administrator
We are seeking a customer focused, detail-oriented Office /Service Administrator for this key role in Dealership. This is a very important role within the company, it is customer facing with multiple responsibilities. This position is idea for a strong team player who enjoys working on many tasks, interacting with customers and is loves details.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support in person and over the phone
- Open repairs orders using the CDK Intellidealer business system.
- Monitor technician time entries, making corrections as required.
- Enter/edit technician work notes as required. Maintain the service work scheduling system.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Perform general administrative duties
- Preparation of Title documents.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent calendar management skills
- Strong data entry skills
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- High School OR High School equivalent
