Our client is seeking a skilled Hydraulic Service Technician to support customers across North America by installing, maintaining, and repairing hydraulic machinery used in industrial and manufacturing environments.

The Hydraulic Service Technician will perform hands-on service, troubleshooting, and technical support for hydraulic machinery. This role combines mechanical expertise with strong customer service onsite.

Onsite | No Visa Sponsorship | No Relocation Assistance

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM

Training Schedule: 7:00AM–3:30PM or 10:30AM–7:00PM

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and onsite visits.
  • Document service activities, parts used, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Conduct testing, adjustments, and verification to ensure equipment performance.
  • Install new machines at customer sites and support commissioning activities.
  • Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach during all service interactions.
  • Perform maintenance, repair, and calibration on hydraulic machinery and related equipment.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues to determine root cause and corrective action.

Qualifications/Must-Haves:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems and mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Technician, Mechanical Technician, or similar role.
  • Ability to travel 20% throughout North America and Canada for installations, training, and support.
  • All education levels considered; technical school training or equivalent hands‑on experience is fully acceptable.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior field service experience.
  • Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with industrial machinery or manufacturing equipment.
