A short-term opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide specialized speech therapy services within an early childhood educational setting. This contract position focuses on supporting Pre-K students during the Extended School Year (ESY) period in Boston, MA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging small group and one-on-one speech therapy sessions tailored to Pre-K student needs
- Utilize appropriate teletherapy techniques as needed to enhance service delivery
- Collaborate with educational and clinical teams to monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals accordingly
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and state licensure requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in Massachusetts
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings, particularly Pre-K age children
- Familiarity with teletherapy best practices is a plus
- Current Candidates for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) also considered
Position Details:
- Contract duration: July 7, 2025 August 7, 2025
- Weekly schedule: 12 hours per week
- Location: Boston, MA (Early Childhood School)
- Service delivery includes both in-person and teletherapy as appropriate
