Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a skilled Behavior Specialist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Hollis, NH. This role involves working with 4th-6th grade students at an upper elementary school from Monday through Friday, starting as soon as possible and continuing through June 17, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver behavior intervention services using ABA principles to students within the 4th-6th grade Special Education population
- Collaborate with educational staff to support classroom environments and accommodate needs, including potential classroom rearrangements
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and interventions
- Participate in meetings and communication with school personnel and families as necessary
- Follow district policies and procedures for onboarding and fingerprinting requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certified Behavior Analyst or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required prior to start
- Demonstrated school-based experience within the field of applied behavior analysis
- Comfortable and skilled working with students in the Special Education (SPED) population
- One completed professional reference required
- Reliable transportation to and from the school
- Ability to pass district and agency onboarding procedures, including required fingerprinting
- Availability for a Zoom interview before contract confirmation
