Position Summary
We are seeking an empathetic, skilled, and motivated counselor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide evidence-based counseling and therapeutic support to clients, conduct assessments, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide individual, couple, family, or group counseling sessions in line with professional standards.
• Conduct client assessments, intake interviews, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal requirements.
• Utilize appropriate therapeutic techniques (e.g., CBT, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness).
• Monitor client progress, adjust strategies as needed, and prepare reports when required.
• Collaborate with other professionals and refer clients to additional resources if necessary.
• Stay updated on best practices, attend professional development, and participate in team meetings.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Valid license/certification to practice.
• Proven experience providing counseling or therapy services.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and active-listening skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Compassionate, patient, and solution-oriented mindset.
