• Location: Foxborough, MA (MGB Healthcare Center Foxboro Patriot Place)\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2,210 - $2,370\n
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 12/1/2025 preferred, 12/15/2025 next option; End: 3/1/2026)\n
• Shift: 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM, 4x10 hour days per week\n
• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN)\n
• Unit: Day Surgery / Ambulatory Surgery Unit\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts\n
• At least 1 year of recent experience in Operating Room (OR) or Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) nursing; ambulatory surgery experience highly valued\n
• Preferred experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, or outpatient surgery\n
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification\n
• Ability to provide documentation for required health screenings and background checks\n
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills\n

\n\nOR Nurse Responsibilities\n

• Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate perioperative care to patients undergoing outpatient surgical procedures\n
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams in the operating room\n
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgery, ensuring optimal clinical outcomes\n
• Maintain strict compliance with infection control and patient safety protocols\n
• Accurately document patient care and surgical procedures in a timely manner\n
• Support patient education, recovery, and discharge planning as part of comprehensive clinical support\n
